will be able to edit online all information regarding Production
Schedules and Stage Sets of your
Theatre.
Our database will guide you through the process, and special
technological skills are not necessary.

All information
can be updated at any moment and with any computer connected
to the Internet by using your individual login (username
and password) which you will receive with
your subscription.
Every Theatre can activate unlimited individual accounts without
further cost. Any staff member must Register to use OperaManager.com.
All production information will be processed according to
subscriber's queries in the 'search' and Virtual Casting©
fields. |
Every Registered user from a subscribed Theatre can search
all sections of the website and use the communication systems
E-mail redirect and SMS to a secret
number.
Theatre Intendant/General Manager and Artistic Director
have the option of using the MultiMailer©
function inside Virtual casting.

Every Registered
member will be assigned his own E-mail address in OperaManager.com,
which links automatically to the personal E-mail listed on
his membership card (secret data field).
The mobile phone number that the subscriber enters in his
personal card (secret data field) does not appair in his personal
page and is converted to a pin number, allowing the user to
send and receive SMS messages only within our network. |

choosed. In your personal card you can link your personal

Proceeding with your subscription at OperaManager.com you
will be able to connect all the Artists represented by your
Agency.
Our system can handle the Geographic areas of representation©:
in this way you can insert in your list the Artists represented
worldwide, or only in selected countries.
After the connection of the artists with the company you
can edit all data of them: Personal (first
Agency), Repertoire and Agenda,
receiving questions about availability by the MultiMailer©
feature reserved to all Intendant/General Managers and Artistic
Directors of Registered Theatres.
Every Agency can activate unlimited individual

The company's information and that of all its artists is
