Internationally
known as an expert for Italian singing style- and tradition. Niels Muus
is guest professor at the UNIVERSITY OF GOTHENBURG, Sweden, at the
OPERA CENTRUM, Amsterdam and at the CONSERVATORIO MONTEVERDI, Bolzano,
Italy. Mr. Muus is chairman of the Jury for the
BELVEDERE-competition for opera coaches, Vienna and is a member of the
Jurys in Dublin MUSICIAN OF THE FUTURE as well as the singing
competition in Merano, Italy.
1999 Niels Muus received the Danish Radio-prize for his extraordinary importance for Danish music.
